Even with some unplanned travel disruption (tsunami), we were able to have the vacation of a lifetime. Our children got to experience Hawaii and also ended up bringing a new family member home in our pup Nami. Kathy did a wonderful job setting up the trip and came through when disaster was looming. Her support was crucial in making sure we had a place to stay and flights to get us home. Sometimes trips don't go to plan, but the adventure that ensues will be lifelong memories for all that were involved!

We have just started working with Kathy after working with other travel agents and she is fantastic. She helped us plan our complete trip from beginning to end to Wyoming and Montana. She found great lodging for us to choose from and mapped our trip throughout the states from beginning to end. She responded quickly to questions we had about our trip and booked everything including tours etc. She has gone above and beyond expectations! We have recommended her to many friends!

The only feedback is I would have liked to have picked the tower of the resort we stayed in so we weren’t so far from the beach. This 2 week trip was absolutely phenomenal! The vista was awesome from Iowa to South Dakota to Montana to Wyoming. It was wonderful to experience what I have only read about and seen in pictures. We have returned home to Costa Rica and are still buzzing about our recent trip to Italy. This has been Kelly's dream for as long as I can remember so it was very important that I connected with someone to put this together.
I knew NOTHING about Italy and needed the right person. That person ended up being Kathy Cloud with Cruise Planners.
Even though none of this trip involved a cruise, Kathy was an absolute ROCK STAR.
I explained the experience I wanted, the rewards miles we had and our cash budget. She set up everything.
She started us at the top of the country (Venice) then plotted our next 4 stays so we could easily connect by train and work our way down the country, eventually wrapping things up in Sicily.
We spent the perfect amount of time in Venice, Florence/Tuscany, Rome, Amalfi and Sicily.
Kelly and I have been fortunate to travel a lot and this was, by far, the best overall experience we've ever had. We have returned home to Costa Rica and are still buzzing about our recent trip to Italy. From start to finish of our trip, Kathy was nothing but amazing! She went above and beyond to take care of every detail in the planning process and made sure all of our wants/needs were included in our travel plans. Everything went so smooth with her guiding us every step of the way and communicating everything with us. Even when our flights home got canceled last minute, she was on top of getting us rebooked onto new flights, took care of getting a hotel to stay in and verified transportation in between. Kathy is AMAZING!!! She did an AWESOME job giving us great options for the trip. Her pre trip communication was EXCELLENT and she checked in with us throughout the trip. When my international connection was missed due to a late push off by the airlines, as soon as I landed, hers was the first text I received when I turned my phone on. Traveled to Mexico for an incentive trip with our associates and two days before we were scheduled to fly home, a Hurricane Warning was issued for our destination. I was not able to get any help from any airline to get flights home early and we were told that we would have to wait it out so I called Kathy (in the wee hours of the morning) and she was able to get EVERY single one of us on a flight within 3 hours and we all made it home safely.
